Wykonawca: 1) Przekaże kosztorys ofertowy przed podpisaniem umowy, 2) Wykonawca wykona kompletną dokumentację powykonawczą i rozruchową stacji transformatorowej, 3) ma uzyskać pozytywny odbiór stacji transformatorowej przez Tauron.Do obowiązków wykonawcy należy zawiadomić powiatowego Inspektora Nadzoru Budowlanego o zakończeniu robót i przystąpieniu do użytkowania.
