Konferencja odbędzie się w dniach 12–14.10.2026 r. w formule stacjonarnej w Pałacu Działyńskich w Poznaniu (Stary Rynek 78) oraz w dniu 13.10.2026 r. w formie sesji terenowej (w godz. 15:00–19:00) w Instytucie Dendrologii Polskiej Akademii Nauk w Kórniku. Zamawiający przewiduje udział maksymalnie 150 uczestników. Ostateczna liczba uczestników zostanie przekazana Wykonawcy najpóźniej do dnia 30.09.2026 r. Zamawiający gwarantuje realizację usługi cateringowej dla minimum 50 osób (w każdym dniu konferencji).
