… Act against Restrictions on Competition (GWB) and the Public Procurement Ordinance (VgV) by means of an open procedure pursuant to § 14(2) in conjunction with § 15 VVg. Conclude a framework agreement on the supply of services for the organisation and implementation of events. A detailed description of the services to be provided can be found in the framework agreement and the associated specifications. The procurement procedure places a strong focus on high-quality and innovative solutions. The aim is to make full use of the existing knowledge of the tenderers and to use their full creative potential to ensure the professional implementation of the event and the further development of design formats. To this end, the offer must develop a concept for an innovative, dialogue-oriented event format for the introduction of a German-style series of events.
