… contracting authority’s representative does not allow tenders to be submitted for any items of the Models Annexes 1.1 (‘Price form’) and 1.2 (‘Technical specifications – Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract’) must be completed in full, without any changes to their content – they form an integral part of the tender – the Contractor’s declaration as to their content, hence the lack of these annexes containing content in accordance with the model set out in the tender specification will result in the rejection of the tender (after the Contracting Authority has carried out all the activities provided for in the Public Procurement Act with regard to the evaluation of tenders). 3. The other conditions and manner of performance of the subject matter of the contract are set out in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, constituting Annex 2 to the tender specification. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of amending the provisions of the concluded contract (so-called contractual changes based on Article 455(1)(1) of the Public Procurement Act) in relation to the content of the tender on the basis of which the Contractor was selected, in accordance with the conditions set out in Annexes 2 to the tender specification. The contract may also be amended in the cases referred to in Article 455(1)(2) to (4) of the Public Procurement Act. under pain of invalidity, in electronic form (i.e. in electronic form with a qualified electronic signature). 7.
