… advertising materials and social media content planning and editing of Swedish-language marketing and advertising copy where necessary, planning of Finnish- and English-language content and coordination of different language versions Key areas of use student recruitment in Finland and internationally popularisation of science and research communications communication strategies, target-group communications and social media development of Åbo Akademi University’s brand and employer profile fundraising and alumni and stakeholder communications Additional services and exclusions Photography, video production, illustration, printing services and other specialist services are not included in the comparison price calculated on the basis of the hourly rates. The Contracting Authority may purchase these services from the selected supplier or from another service provider. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to procure these services exclusively from the contracted supplier. Before an additional service is commissioned, the supplier shall provide a written cost estimate specifying the share of the supplier’s own work, subcontracting costs, usage rights, any image or music licence fees, and other external costs. For photography assignments, the number of images to be delivered, the level of post-processing, file formats and usage rights shall be agreed in advance. In carrying out assignments, the supplier shall comply with Åbo Akademi University’s brand book, graphic identity, brand guidelines and approved key messages as applicable from time to time, to the extent that these are provided for the assignment.,
