✓The documents also detail risks and special conditions.

✓Such as: the offer validity (commitment) period is 180 calendar days from the submission deadline; substantial irregularities in offers (e.g. missing qualified e‑signature, missing separate base/option) may be regularised before negotiations, but late or paper offers cannot.

✓Early termination “without fault” is possible by either party on each anniversary with 90 days’ prior registered letter.

✓Sciensano may exclude operators at any stage for breaches of environmental, social or labour law or professional integrity.

✓The contractor must comply with GDPR, confidentiality duties, labour and anti‑discrimination laws, refrain from using illegally staying third‑country nationals or severely underpaying wages, and include chain‑clauses in subcontracts.
