… required for the proper operation of the System, as a whole and its individual elements, on the terms set out in the Agreement and the OPZ, 5) transfer to the Ordering Party the author's property rights to the Documentation prepared by the Contractor under the Agreement, 6) grant the Ordering Party a Guarantee for the System delivered under the Agreement for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the Protocol of Acceptance of the System Implementation without reservations and provide warranty services during this period, as part of the remuneration resulting from the Agreement.
