The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to employ persons performing activities related to the performance of the subject matter of the contract in the scope of receiving and confirming the correctness of files sent by the Contracting Authority, on the basis of an employment relationship, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended), for remuneration not less than the minimum wage for work, calculated on a full-time basis, established on the basis of the Act of 10 October 2002 on the minimum wage for work (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1773). 5. The contractor must perform the subject matter of the contract no earlier than 1 January 2027 until 31 December 2028 or until the maximum contract value is exhausted, whichever occurs first 6.
