… scope of the Contract consists of: Phase I – Identification of the environment and definition of assumptions, Phase II – Functional and operational studies with the development of a functional programme, Phase III – Architectural and spatial concept, 2) Option Law No 1 (Phase IV) – including the development of an additional conceptual variant of the new Poznań Główny railway station with the development of the adjacent area, 3) Option Law No 2 (Phase V) – including the provision of tender materials for further Documentation Stadiums or the implementation of works.
