Two universal C-arm linear accelerator systems including Record&Verify System (R&V) for radiotherapy are available. Both linear accelerators offered must be suitable for a wide range of radiation treatments and irradiation techniques with very high precision. Both systems must be suitable for 2D and 3D IGRT, IMRT, VMAT, SBRT, SRS and adaptive radiotherapy (ART). Both linear accelerators require an SGRT system as well as CBCT imaging with the best possible image quality and highest possible accuracy (HU) with the fastest possible image acquisition. The two linear accelerators offered must be able to operate as tandems and must be matched to each other. As a result, two identical MLCs are required, which must be suitable for high-resolution beam shaping at SRS. A complete system consisting of two linear accelerator systems including all necessary additional systems and including the necessary accessories as well as a Record and Verify System (R&V) is to be offered. In addition, all associated services are to be offered, the dismantling and disposal of the old systems, a corresponding full service contract and the provision of the required device-specific construction and installation services. This procurement is a replacement procurement. The new linear accelerators must be put into operation one after the other so that radiation therapy can always ensure patient care. The Record&Verify system (R&V) must be operational and fully functional with the commissioning of the first new linear accelerator. Both linear accelerators must be matched in such a way that they can be used with a single set of basic data in our existing irradiation planning system (Raystation). This is to avoid a rescheduling / conversion between the two linear accelerators offered, so that patients can easily switch between the devices.
