… result in the rejection of the tender as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Art. 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Act 2. The contracting authority's representative does not allow for the possibility of submitting tenders for any selected items in a given part (package). In individual parts, the full assortment must be priced in the quantities given by the Ordering Party. The templates for Annexes 1.1 (‘Price form’) and 1.2 (‘Technical specifications — Detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract’) must be completed in full, without any changes to their content — they form an integral part of the tender — the Contractor’s declaration as to their content, so that the absence of those annexes, containing content in accordance with the model set out in the tender specification, will result in the rejection of the tender (after all the steps provided for by the Public Procurement Act concerning the evaluation of tenders have been carried out by the Contracting Authority’s Plenipotentiary). 3. The other terms and conditions and the manner of performance of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in the draft provisions of the public contract, which constitute Annex 2 to the tender specifications. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of changing the provisions of the concluded agreement (so-called contractual changes based on Art. 1 point 1 of the Public Procurement Act) in relation to the content of the tender on the basis of which the Contractor was selected, in accordance with the conditions set out in Annexes 2 to the tender specification. The contract may also be amended in the cases referred to in Art. 1 points 2-4 and paras. 2 of the Public Procurement Act 4. The contractor may submit only one tender. 5. The tender must be submitted in Polish. 6. The tender shall be submitted, failing which it shall be null and void, in electronic form (i.e. in electronic form with a qualified electronic signature). 7. The content of the tender must correspond to the content of the tender specification. · Generator set 20 kVA – 2 pcs. · Generator set 100 kVA – 1 pcs.
