The subject-matter of the contract is the rental of buses and coaches together with the driver in accordance with the description of the subject-matter of the contract set out in Annex 4 to the tender specifications, the draft provisions of the contract set out in Annex 2 to the tender specifications and the price form set out in Annex 3a to the tender specifications (for Lot I, respectively). The number of kilometres of journeys and stopping hours included in the option will be used additionally, at the request of the Ordering Party, at the unit prices specified in the price form on the date of performance of the contract. 2.
