… energy-efficient luminaires in LED technology will improve the quality and luminous efficiency of illuminated roads and squares and thus contribute to improving the safety of residents and all road users while reducing the cost of energy consumption without temporarily obscuring the town. The planned investment will have a positive impact on improving the quality of life of residents. The scope of the investment includes: Activity 1 co-financed under the 9th edition of the Polish Deal programme “Lighting up Poland”. Task 2 involving the modernisation of lighting infrastructure financed from the Liszko Commune’s own resources. Task 1 and Task 2 are inseparable. The division results solely from the need to distinguish between own funds and funds from co-financing, in order to make a correct settlement of the project. Activity 1 co-financed under the 9th edition of the Polish Deal programme “Lighting up Poland” includes: 1) Delivery of street lighting luminaires in accordance with the description of the Technical Documentation and design list equipped with ENEC, ENEC + certificate and ZD4i socket that meet the controllability at the time of the order. 2) The Ordering Party requires that the luminaires are manufactured in the EU or are released for free circulation in the EU that meet the controllability at the time of performance of the subject of the contract. 3) Installation and commissioning of the system for 1545 luminaires (1497 on the overhead line and 48 on the cable line) according to the Ordering Party's documentation. 4) Dismantling of street lighting fixtures mounted on the booms of the overhead line kpl. 1497 5) Dismantling of street lighting fixtures mounted on booms or poles of the cable lighting line kpl. 48 6) Carrying out the required tests, examinations and checks measurement 1545 NOTE: 1) LED luminaires supplied must: - guarantee the possibility of remote control without additional modification of the luminaire, - have certificates in total: ENEC, ENEC+, ZD4i, - meet the minimum technical and utility parameters that should be characterized by luminaires made in LED technology specified in the technical documentation constituting Annex 11 to the ToR. - The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to use new luminaires manufactured in the European Union. At the same time, the Ordering Party allows luminaires manufactured outside the EU, but released for free circulation in the EU, provided that the relevant certificates required in the Technical Documentation and technical and usage parameters are presented. - For reasons of operational efficiency, management, cost reduction and security of post-warranty service, all luminaires used must come from a single manufacturer, otherwise the offer will be rejected as inconsistent with Art. 1 point. 5) of the PPL Act. Task 2 modernisation of the lighting infrastructure financed from the Liszki Municipality’s own resources includes: 1) Execution of as-built documentation. 2) Disposal of dismantled fittings, at the express written notice of the Ordering Party. 3) Replacement/assembly of cables in booms mounted on poles of overhead lines kpl. 1497 4) Replacement/assembly of current terminals
