What the buyer is looking for
This contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders with a maximum amount within the meaning of Articles R2162-1 to R2162-12 of the Public Order Code. Lots 001 to 014 concern only the needs for the Civil Hospitals of Colmar (HCC), by type of waste, they will be the subject of single-winner contracts with purchase orders. Lots 101 to 114 concern the member establishments of GHT11 which will be able to use a subsequent multi-winner contract with purchase orders. The maximum annual amount for all lots is EUR 2 940 000 excluding tax, i.e. EUR 650 000 excluding tax for lots 001 to 014 (HCC) and EUR 2 290 000 excluding tax for lots 101 to 114 (GHT).
