… during the term of the contract or until the funds allocated for the implementation of the contract are exhausted, subject to the execution of an optional order. The Contractor is obliged to set up a fully operational container laundry within 3 days from the date of notification of the demand by the Ordering Party. In the case of an optional order, the Contractor undertakes to set up a fully operational container laundry within 3 days from the date of receipt of the Ordering Party's statement on the exercise of the option right. The date of delivery, connection and readiness for use of the container laundry shall be the moment of its full readiness for use, as well as the readiness of the Contractor to provide any maintenance and maintenance services in full. The acceptance of the task of replacing and connecting laundry containers will take the form of a protocol. In the present proceedings, the Contracting Authority does not impose conditions for participation in the procedure. In this procurement procedure, communication between the Contracting Authority and the Contractors takes place electronically via the Purchasing Platform available at: https://platformazakupowa.pl/transakcja/1394583. The Contractor will be bound by the submitted tender for a period of 90 days, i.e.: by 31 December 2026. The offer should be prepared in Polish in electronic form, i.e. signed with a qualified electronic signature by a person / persons authorized to represent the Contractor in accordance with statutory requirements or by an appointed representative. The tender consists of: 1) Offer form – completed and signed with a qualified electronic signature by persons authorised to represent the Contractor, drawn up in accordance with the specimen attached to the tender specification, 2) Detailed valuation form – completed and signed with a qualified electronic signature by persons authorised to represent the Contractor, drawn up in accordance with the specimen attached to the tender specification. The documents referred to above are not to be supplemented. The tender must be accompanied by the following documents and annexes: 1) a preliminary statement valid on the date of submission of tenders confirming that the Contractor is not subject to exclusion and meets the general conditions for participation in the procedure to the extent indicated by the Contracting Authority on the Single European Procurement Document form, drawn up in accordance with the model standard form set out in Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/7 of 5 January 2016 establishing a standard form for the Single European Procurement Document, 2) a preliminary statement confirming that the Contractor is not subject to exclusion pursuant to Art. 1 of the Act of 13 April 2022 on special arrangements for countering support for the aggression against Ukraine and for safeguarding national security and pursuant to Article 5k of COUNCIL REGULATION (EU) 2025/2033 of 23 October 2025 amending Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine. The Contractor shall submit the completed documents referred to above.
