The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is determined by: 1) Draft Provisions of the Agreement (PPU) - Annex 8 to the ToR; 2) Design documentation, bills of quantities, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works (STWiOR) – an annex to the draft provisions of the contract, the contracting authority, in accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act, reserves the right to cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds it intended to use to finance all or part of the contract have not been awarded to it.
