1.1. The Contracting Authority commissions, and the Contractor undertakes to comprehensively maintain, on an ongoing basis, the cleanliness of the office premises of the Municipal Office of Toruń and the cleanliness around the buildings, complementary services and the performance of minor maintenance repairs (lockwork, carpentry, hydraulic, etc.) in accordance with Annex 1 to the model contract. 1.2.The Contractor shall provide the service which is the subject of the contract using its own equipment and chemicals. 1.3. … service is to be provided are set out in detail in Annex 2 to the model contract. 1.5. In order to properly perform the subject of the contract, the Contractor will provide an appropriate number of cleaning staff - at least in the number of hours indicated in Annex 2 to the model contract and at least 1 person supervising the work of cleaning staff. 1.6. The contracting authority does not allow for the possibility of submitting partial tenders – due to the need to maintain a uniform level of quality and organizational aspects. 1.7. Requirements for the contractor or subcontractor to employ persons on the basis of an employment relationship. In accordance with Art. 1 of the Public Procurement Law Act of 11 September 2019 (Journal of Laws 2026, item 793) The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons performing cleaning and maintenance activities, the performance of which consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22(1) of the Labour Code of 26 June 1974 (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2025, item 277 as amended). Details of the requirements for employment on the basis of the employment relationship are contained in the model contract, which is attached as Annex 3 to SWZ 1.8. The subject of the contract will be performed for a period of 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than from 01.02.2027 to 31.01.2029.
