What the buyer is looking for
The UPV needs, both for environmental and economic reasons, to optimise the energy consumption of its facilities. Given the size of its campuses and the variability of the uses of the buildings, the task of control and supervision is very arduous and complex and requires personnel entirely dedicated to it, so that external technical assistance is required to assume this task. The specifications contained in the tender provide for a provision of services that will guarantee energy control in the UPV in order to optimize energy consumption without undermining the comfort of the personnel occupying the buildings. The provision includes both the tasks at the level of programming of the management systems and those of supervising the operation and update and maintenance of the programs of the automatons that integrate these systems.
