Economic operators are warned that they are obliged to fulfil only the last published Costs Register ("Cost Book 1st Amendment") and to prepare and submit a tender in all things according to the last valid, amended Tender Documentation. N.B.: The subject of the procurement is co-financed from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan of the Republic of Croatia 2021. 20-2026 (NN No 78/21) under the Grant Agreement for projects financed by the Recovery and Resilience Facility in the 2021-2026 financial period, reference number of the Grant Agreement: NPOO.C3.1.R1-I1.02.0088 The price includes all costs of labour, materials, machinery, transport, overuse of roads, fees for the use of public and other areas, fees, taxes, salaries, overheads, insurance, quality testing and proof of quality, preparatory works, land use for the organization of the construction site, temporary connections of the building to the municipal infrastructure and the execution of temporary connections, ancillary work, waste disposal costs and all other expenditure of the Contractor for the completion of works and the elimination of defects to the full functionality of the building and the handover of the built building to the Contracting Authority for use. The price also includes the value of all replacement works, all unforeseen works and all surplus works required for the Construction to be completed according to the "Key to Hand" principle. The price of the works will not be changed in the event of an increase in the price of the elements on the basis of which the price was determined.
