In the delivery of the goods - food / food products, all normative, certain conditions should be observed according to the Food Act, the Veterinary Activity Act, as well as the by-laws regulating the trade and production of food, the Ordinance on the requirements for the labelling and presentation of food, Ordinance No 1 of 26 January 2016 on food hygiene, including the requirements for food transport / according to § 1, item 6 of the additional provisions of the Food Act /, as well as other applicable normative documents. According to the requirements of Ordinance No N-1 of 23 July 2024 on environmental requirements for certain products subject to public procurement /biofood/ - the environmental requirements for the supply of food are as follows: Food and beverages included in the list of organic food products must have been produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 and its implementing acts. List of organic food products by group: Milk, dairy products; Meat and meat products; Fish and fishery products; Cereals and cereal-based foods; Vegetables - raw, preserved, frozen, dried, fermented, vegetable juices;Fruit - fresh, frozen, dried, preserved, in the form of nectars and fruit juices, jams, marmalades, jellies and compotes.
