The Ordering Party reserves the right to extend the scope of the Order with additional services, taking into account additional, current needs of the Ordering Party (hereinafter: "Option Law") on the following principles: • The Option Law may be implemented in the event of the need to increase the number of devices covered by the Agreement. • The Option Law may be used to reserve funds for repairs covering the purchase of materials and the hour of service operation (according to a copy in the Journal R-366).• The Ordering Party may exercise the Option Law during the term of the contract. • Services under the Option Law will constitute no more than: PLN 500 000.00 net. • The Option Law may be used in locations not included in the annexes to the OPZ.
