If the Contractor submits a tender for more than one part of the procedure in question, he is obliged to demonstrate the performance of the above supplies to one recipient under one contract for the highest of the amounts specified as a condition for participation in the procedure required for the part for which the tender is submitted (list of supplies with references). 2. The evidence in question for sections 1: 9 is described in detail in Chapter VI of the ToR. In order to confirm that the offered deliveries meet the requirements and characteristics specified by the Ordering Party, the Ordering Party requires the submission of the following means of proof together with the offer: Certificate of the HACCP system issued by companies holding accreditations and authorizations of the Polish Centre for Accreditation based in Warsaw or a national accreditation organization for a given country, or a certificate of the competent authority of the State Sanitary Inspectorate on supervising the application of the implemented HACCP system, or a certificate of the competent authority of the State Veterinary Inspectorate on supervising the application of the implemented HACCP system, obtained goods. 3.
