What the buyer is looking for
The purpose of this contract is to provide the removal services necessary to consolidate the AFD Group’s workforce on a single site, located in the immediate vicinity of the Gare d’Austerlitz, at 20 boulevard de l’Hôpital, Paris 13th. To date, AFD Group employees are spread over six sites: Barthes, Mistral, Vivacity, Art & Co, EF Gobelins and Proparco. As part of this real estate operation, these staff will be grouped together on the new Austerlitz site, planned for the first two months of September. The arrival site will be fitted out with a new set of furniture as well as furniture for reuse from the various current sites. The operation will thus have to integrate the issues of transfer, re-use, recovery and, where appropriate, disposal of existing goods and equipment. Scope of the services: The services covered by this invitation to tender are divided into a firm tranche and an optional tranche.
