Requirement for aeroplanes: -Permanent rise rate of 1200-1500ft/min; -Noise protection according to ICAO Ann. 16Vol I Chpt.10 (10.4b) below 77.3 dbA. -model and marketing authorisation in accordance with national regulations in Germany or in accordance with JAR regulations; -maintenance according to Federal German regulations (LuftVZO & LuftGerPV) or according to JAR 145 regulations; -suitable for grass track suspension (e.g. low pressure or wide tyres); -there is insurance cover (statutory keeper's liability, passenger liability, seat accident insurance (unless covered by passenger or keeper's liability)) in the prescribed amount as well as comprehensive insurance. Requirement for pilots: Pilots must have at least one CPL license. -The contractor must have an SPO declaration with an appropriate registration number for his company and the aircraft used. -You must also be very experienced drop-off pilots in the field of skydiving, who have sufficient experience in dropping figure jumpers (discipline-specific) and can prove this.
