In order to fulfil its mandate, NRW.BANK is active in the following areas: - securing and improving the medium-sized structure of the economy, in particular financing for business start-ups and consolidations, - state social housing promotion, - provision of risk capital, - development of cities and municipalities, - infrastructure measures, - measures in agriculture, forestry and rural areas, - environmental protection, technology and innovation measures, - measures of a social, cultural and scientific nature. · The subject of this invitation to tender is a framework agreement on the temporary transfer of software (licenses Microsoft 365 E3 FSA, Microsoft 365 E3 FUSL, SA SQL Server Standard (SA), SA SQL Server Enterprise (SA)) from an applicable Microsoft Enterprise Agreement. NRW.BANK has the option to extend the subject of the contract in accordance with paragraph 1 with licenses Microsoft 365 E5 Upgrade (StepUp E3 to E5), Project Online Plan 3 and / or Visio Online Plan 2. It may exercise this option at any time during the term of the Framework Agreement by unilateral declaration to the Contractor. The framework agreement is in place with one company. NRW.BANK retrieves the required software (licenses) from the framework agreement by unilateral declaration in text form or in electronic form. Retrieval is permitted within the term of this framework agreement to the extent and for as long as this is compatible with the Enterprise Agreement. The envisaged volume of contracts (including optional services) is the following licences and licence volumes (in relation to the total duration of the framework agreement): It shall cover the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 January 2027. December 2029 stipulates the following minimum purchase obligations of NRW.BANK: 2,100 Licences M365 E5 Unified Sub Per User (including Teams & Teams Premium) 100 Licences Visio online Plan 2 75 Licences Project online Plan 3 12 Licences SQL Server Enterprise Core ALng SA 2L 12 Licences SQL Server Standard Core ALng SA 2L For the individual orders based on this framework agreement, the following binding maximum acceptance limits apply (in relation to the total duration of the framework agreement): maximum EUR 15 million gross. The framework agreement shall start on 1 January 2027 and shall run until 31 January 2027. December 2029. At the end of the 31st On 12 December 2029, the Framework Agreement will terminate automatically, without any need for termination.
