The subject-matter of the contract covers the supply by purchase of: - 3 new low-floor, solo, 9-10 m city electric bus with two axles, category M3, class I, newly produced in series production (unlimited series), meeting the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2019/2144 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019. Participants should propose buses that hold an EC type-approval certificate issued by a competent approval authority in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/858 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 or Ordinance No 60 of 2009 of the MTITC. - 3 night charging stations with a protocol for compliance with European standards with an output connector (to the vehicle) – European standard CCS Type2/Combo2, according to SAEJ1772 - European version IEC 62196, so that the condition to charge and balance the electric bus to 100% (up to the maximum…

The charging stations should be installed by the contractor at a place specified by the Contracting Authority in Haskovo. As part of the execution of the delivery, the Contractor should provide additional equipment, which includes: Vehicle telemetric monitoring system; Equipment, software, etc. special tools necessary for servicing, diagnostics and repair of the traction electric motor - within the limits regulated by the manufacturer; Equipment, software, etc. special tools necessary for the maintenance and repair of the high-voltage system and the traction battery - within the limits regulated by the manufacturer); Equipment for diagnostics of pneumatic systems - within the limits regulated by the manufacturer; Equipment for diagnosis and repair of low-voltage electrical systems - within the limits regulated by the manufacturer. The procuring entity shall require the provision of instructions and diagrams, which shall include at least: Large scale schemes with dimensions, interior design and other technical data (minimum 2 sets); Large scale diagrams of electrical equipment and pneumatic systems (minimum 2 sets); Operation manual and daily service in Bulgarian (for each electric bus); Diagnostic equipment manual (minimum 2 pcs.); Manual for periodic maintenance (min. 2 pcs.); Full spare parts catalogue with relevant order numbers (minimum 2 pcs.) including on electronic media. Participants shall provide at their own expense training to the staff of the Contracting Authority after receiving the electric buses and the installation of the charging stations. The Contractor should train at least: 3 (three) driver instructors; 5 (five) drivers; 4 (four) service workers. Staff training should start within 10 days of the delivery of the electric buses and the installation of the charging stations. Staff training shall not exceed 7 calendar days. The place of delivery of the electric buses and charging stations is the Franco Bus Depot of Troleybus Transport EOOD, Haskovo, Saedinenie Blvd., with duties and taxes paid. The installation of the cutting stations is carried out by the contractor after the Contracting Authority and its partner Haskovo Municipality provide power to the charging stations with a three-phase current of 400 V AC. The contracting authority undertakes to provide access to the installation site(s) of the charging stations within 30 calendar days of sending a written request from the selected contractor to carry out the installation. In the event that the Assignor cannot provide this access for reasons beyond his control, the time limit for delivery and installation shall be suspended.
