… Ordering Party by means of other technical solutions. Equivalent solutions cannot be considered as identical solutions, but only those that in the compared features indicate exactly the same or very similar value in use. By indicating the manufacturer's names, trademarks, standards, approvals or reference systems, the Ordering Party aimed to determine the minimum quality parameters and performance characteristics that goods must meet in order to meet the requirements set by the Ordering Party and constitute only a quality standard of the subject of the contract. By the provision concerning the minimum requirements of quality parameters, the Ordering Party understands the requirements of goods contained in generally available sources, catalogues, manufacturers' websites, and the like. Operation of examples of manufacturer's names is only aimed at clarifying the level of expectations of the Ordering Party in relation to a specific solution. d) Required quality guarantee period for the subject of the contract: Minimum 12 months quality guarantee for the subject of the contract, maximum 36 months guarantee for the subject of the contract Tenders with a quality guarantee period for the subject of the contract of less than 12 months will be rejected. up to 21 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. f) The Ordering Party does not require employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing activities related to the implementation of the contract · 1.
