As part of the Order, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising option rights. 4. Each time, in all cases where the Ordering Party describes the subject of the Contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 1 point 2 and par. 3 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described, if they allow to obtain features or parameters not inferior to those referred to. This means that the Contractor may apply the solutions described by the Contracting Authority ‘or equivalent’. 6. The Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party shall be obliged to demonstrate that the supplies, services or works offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. The condition for the use of equivalent solutions is written approval by the Ordering Party. The differences between the standards referred to and their equivalents must be precisely described by the Contractor and submitted to the Contracting Authority during the performance of the Contract for approval. 7. The Contracting Authority informs that a local vision is mandatory for Contractors. Before submitting a tender, the Contractor must inspect the place where the works covered by the tender will be carried out and familiarise himself with the terms of performance of the contract and the difficulties encountered. Admission to the facility in order to carry out an on-site inspection requires the participants of the inspection to be notified by filling in Annexes 1, 2, 3 to the Instructions for granting and supervising access permits and controlling the movement of materials and vehicles at PSE S.A. power stations and handed over via the Purchasing Platform (the ‘questions/information’ tab) at the latest 5 working days before the agreed date of the inspection. Place of on-site visit: SE RECŁAW is located in the town of RECŁAW. In the case of contractors jointly applying for the contract in question, the presence of one of them is sufficient. In accordance with Art. 1 point 18) of the Act, the Ordering Party shall reject an offer that has been submitted without an on-site visit or without checking the documents necessary to perform the contract available on-site at the Ordering Party, if the Ordering Party required this in the procurement documents. · 1. The subject of the Order is the extension of the 220/110 kV Recław station for the connection of new facilities to the PPS, i.e. the performance of all activities, including design, formal and legal works and construction works (including the purchase and delivery of Equipment and Materials), necessary for the development of the field in the SE REC and the construction of the Rail Bridge with a dedicated Zab building.
