Phase 2A consists of the construction of a new road junction that allows the adequate articulation between the structuring road network of the port of Barcelona and the new access highway to the port. This road junction, to be developed on the old mouth of the Llobregat river, will constitute the most important road infrastructure of the port and must be compatible with the important railway junction to be developed in the old channel.
