What the buyer is looking for
The administrative centre of the Federal Employment Agency in Nuremberg, Regensburger Straße 104-106, was built in 1972 in a hexagonal honeycomb structure with three radially arranged building wings. Component VII, a part of the building that was used as a data center until a few years ago, will be completely converted into a modern, open-space office landscape (open-space concept, "FutureLab"). In the course of the conversion, the existing building geometry will be adapted to the new use, including by inserting an additional gallery level in areas with large clear heights. The service includes the painting and varnishing work on the floors ground floor, upper floor and gallery level of component VII according to the planning documents, in particular: • Wall coatings: First coating of the plasterboard drywalls (approx. 7,447 m2, of which 1,000 m2 in colour), repainting of the existing interior walls in the office brackets 1. Upper floor (approx. 867 m2) • Ceiling coatings: Plasterboard ceilings perforated (approximately 79 m2) and smooth (approximately 843 m2), concrete ceiling technical rooms (approximately 106 m2), shadow joint and frieze profiles drywall (approximately 1,126 m), repainting ceiling frieze stock (380 m) • Coating of the steel structure in the high airspace: 7 truss girders, sheet steel girders (approx. 90 m2) and 87 steel columns of the gallery EC; paintable joints (6,500 m) • Protective measures: Covering of floors (approx. 2,350 m2), wall surfaces and facades, gluing of doors, window elements and built-in parts • Sampling, hourly work as well as documentation and proofs The schedule of services comprises 26 items in a service area (painting and painting) with the sections construction site equipment, coating walls, coating ceilings, protective measures, details, hours of control, sampling and documentation and proofs; Evaluation and award will be made on the entire schedule of services, it will not be divided into lots.
