What the buyer is looking for

The measure takes place in the KG, on the ground floor and on the upper floor of the former data centre. The work includes essentially a new power supply, which is rebuilt over 7 pcs of new sub-distributors. The cable paths are predominantly in the raised floor and are realized via cable trays. Approximately 1,000m cable trays are laid. Furthermore, about 150,000m of cable (high and low current, MSR/GLT) are pulled. Another essential component of this call for tenders is lighting, which will be reconstructed primarily from surface-mounted luminaires and profile luminaires (as ring luminaires, square superstructures and linear luminaires). The number of luminaires includes approx. 950 pcs. Only LED lights are installed. For IT, a new infrastructure will be built, which will be realized over 5 new network stand cabinets. An electric sun protection (control) for almost 250 motors and a smoke extraction system (RWA) are also part of the measure.
