Provision by the Contractor of the Manufacturer's Technical Assistance for the System; 2.4. Execution of installation and implementation services by the Contractor along with integration with the DarkTrace System and preparation of acceptance test reports, as well as transfer of proprietary copyrights to the report and subsidiary rights; 2.5. Execution of the Execution Documentation by the Contractor together with the transfer of the author's economic rights to the Execution Documentation and dependent rights; 2.6. Conducting by the Contractor training workshops for up to 8 system administrators and transfer of proprietary copyrights and dependent rights to works in the field of training materials; 2.7. Provision of Service Services by the Contractor; 2.8.
