What the buyer is looking for
skeyes intends to enter into one or more agreements with one or more contractors for the installation, rental, maintenance and support of Layer-2 network connections between the skeyes data centers in Steenokkerzeel and various remote locations of the skeyes nation-wide WAM system, in a hub-spoke architecture, in support of phases 2A, 2B and 3 of the national (nation-wide) WAM project. The contract shall be divided into lots, with each remote location for which a network connection is to be established constituting a separate lot. The agreements will be concluded for an initial term of 5 years, which starts with the delivery of the realized network connection. skeyes can terminate each agreement annually, subject to compliance with a notice period of 3 months. In addition, skeyes can tacitly renew each agreement 3 times under the same conditions, each time for an additional period of 1 year. Consequently, the maximum indicative time horizon of each agreement is 8 years.
