Estimated maximum quantity to be carried out – 350 NOTE: The Ordering Party reserves the right to order up to 40% of the maximum number of rolls in other districts of Wrocław. 2. Tasks Nos 4 to 13 – drawing up an opinion on the value of premises in the form of an estimate report, , and photographic documentation, for the purposes of carrying out the Municipality of Wrocław’s own tasks, in particular for the purposes of the sale of premises or shares owned by the Municipality of Wrocław or subject to cooperative ownership rights to premises, in all forms of civil law contracts, including sale to tenants, sale by tender, contribution of a contribution in kind and others. (a) The estimate report must specify the value of premises constituting separate ownership in accordance with the provisions of Section 68 of the Regulation of the Minister for Development and Technology of 5 September 2023 on the valuation of immovable property, hereinafter referred to as the Regulation on the valuation of immovable property. (b) In the case of an indication in a partial contract of the value of expenditure made for the reconstruction or extension of a building, resulting in the separation of premises (adaptation) on the basis of Section 72 of the Regulation on the valuation of immovable property.
