Expected services • Import and structuring of heritage and tax data from lessors' software. • Centralisation and automated integration of tax, relief and exemption notices. • Automated consistency check of the tax base and comparison with the cadastral tax bases. • Forecasting, simulations and export of accounting entries (rebilling, payment). • Consolidated dashboards (amount of GFF, exemption rate, savings) by organisation and by residence. • Differentiated empowerments by organisation and profile (DG, FAD of each organisation, operational teams). • Secure hosting (GDPR compliance), continuity and reversibility of data at the end of the contract. · Overall purpose of the lot Identify, constitute and monitor all reliefs and exemptions TFPB opened for the benefit of member organizations, on the non-prescribed stock and in flows, and accompany the rise in autonomy of their teams on these subjects.
