The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor to ARiMR of property insurance services for the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture - insurance of property against all risks and insurance of electronic equipment against all risks. 2. The list of the contracting authority’s locations where the insured property is located is set out in Annex 1 to the Public Procurement Law, which constitutes Annex 6.1 to the ToR. 3. Insurance cover under the insurance of property against all risks covers all fixed assets specified in the Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 2 to the Public Procurement Law, constituting Annex 6.1 to the tender specifications. 4. Policy information: The Insurer is obliged to issue one policy covering all insurance areas indicated in this part of the order for the Ordering Party. Term of the policy: from the date of conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than from 01.01.2027 for a period of 12 months. 5. In the event of damage, the Insurer will contact designated persons from the Headquarters or Regional Branches – the list of persons is set out in Annex 4 to the Public Procurement Act. 6. The scope of the insurance was presented in detail in the points constituting Annex 6.1 to the ToR. 7. The Ordering Party requires that the performance of the subject of the contract take place on the terms and conditions set out in the Public Procurement Law together with the annexes for lot No. 1 of the contract, constituting Annex No. 6.1. to the ToR. · 1. The list of the contracting authority’s locations where the insured property is located is set out in Annex 1 to the Public Procurement Law, which constitutes Annex 6.2 to the ToR. 3. Policy information: The Insurer is obliged to issue one policy covering all insurance areas indicated in this part of the order for the Ordering Party. Term of the policy: from the date of conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than from 01.01.2027 for a period of 12 months. 4.
