The contracting authority requires that the subject matter of the contract be performed on the terms and conditions set out in the tendering procedure together with the annexes constituting Annex 8.1 to the tendering procedure and, if an equivalent solution is offered, on the terms and conditions set out in the tendering procedure together with the annexes constituting Annex 8.2 to the tendering procedure. · 1.
