… buildings should be designed as a two-way, public road based on a strip of land designated between the face of the building at ul. Krasickiego 16, and the front of the garage on the property at ul. Krasickiego 18. 3) Construction of a public, local road (L road class) from the newly designed collective road to ul. Krasickiego – outlet at the height of plot 1363/1 or alternatively without an outlet with a pallet for turning; 4) Construction of a public, local road (L road class) from the newly designed collective road to ul. Jagiellońska and ul. Helwig with a bridge structure or alternatively with a turning pallet without a bridge structure; 5) Along the designed roads, two-way roads for pedestrians and bicycles should be provided, as well as communicated with existing routes at ul. Wyspiański, ul. Kozielska and ul. Żabieniecka. Along ul. Szymborska should not design a road for bicycles, thus limiting the width of the road lane; 6) The investment should be divided into stages. A separate ZRID decision, building permit or application must be obtained for each stage. Breakdown into stages in accordance with the annex ‘breakdown of project and cost documentation into stages’; 7) When designing a bridge facility through the Kłodnicki canal in the direction of ul. Jagiellońska – Helwiga should take into account the possibility of continuing to use the forest path located at No 798/6 – the possibility of passing under the planned bridge structure; 8) Specify the method and place of replacement installation of the wooden cross, which is located within the designed roundabout on plot No. 1337/5; 9) Pedestrian and cycling traffic from the existing pedestrian crossing through the national road No. 40 at the altitude of dz. 415/2 (Kędzierzyn area) should be moved to the planned infrastructure for pedestrians and bicycles within the Rotmistrz Pilecki roundabout; 10) Designing city monitoring in accordance with the guidelines of the City Guard; 11) When designing the intersection of ul. Ionians from ul. Wyspiański should limit the occupancy of plot No 1519 to the minimum necessary and keep the existing entry to the property from ul. by Wyspiański. Move the pedestrian and bicycle crossings beyond the descent to the above-mentioned plot; 12) The areas of intersections of designed roads should be determined, the areas of intersections should define the boundaries of cadastral parcels; 13) The location of exits from the road to the property should be designed and agreed with the owners of properties adjacent to the road. The location of the exit must be agreed with the owner of the property in writing and submitted to the Ordering Party; 14) With regard to the design of the provincial road, the guidelines of the Provincial Road Administration in Opole should be taken into account; 15) With regard to the design of the district road, account should be taken of the guidelines of the District Office in Kędzierzyn-Koźle 16) Design a technological channel in accordance with the guidelines of the Road Management Department; 17) Construction and reconstruction of the water supply network providing water supply for real estate within the designed roads (including construction costs), in accordance with the conditions of MWIK 18) Construction and reconstruction of the sanitary sewerage network ensuring the discharge of sewage from stationary
