… pursuant to Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Act consisting in the extension of individual functional areas, possible modifications or improvements to the SIMPLE.ERP System, requiring the development of non-standard solutions, beyond the scope of the basic contract, resulting from changes in internal regulations and ordinances, or other needs of the Ordering Party. The value of awarded contracts may not exceed 40% of the value of the basic contract.
