They make the results and developments of the funding programme visible, prepare knowledge appropriate to the target group and support its dissemination and subsequent use. The existing smart-city-dialog.de website serves as a central knowledge, communication and networking platform. In addition, editorial formats, social networks as well as press and specialist public relations work are used in particular. The subject of this contract is the strategic, editorial and operational provision of communication and event services, the editing and production of online content for websites and social media, the press and specialist public relations work as well as the complete content and organizational preparation, implementation and follow-up of two congresses as national flagship events of the funding program. The funding period of the last MPSC ends in the first half of 2028. In the course of the contract, the main areas of activity will therefore increasingly shift from monitoring ongoing funding activities to safeguarding, preparing, disseminating and consolidating the results of the programme.
