Sale of electricity in the exchange model for the needs of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami ‘Eko-MAZURY’ Sp. z o.o. in 2027

Settlement of the supply (sale) of electricity will be carried out on the basis of the so-called stock exchange model (stock exchange quotations of the Futures Market and the Day-Ahead Market of TGE SA), in accordance with the assumptions indicated in the TSE. The Ordering Party has the right to purchase 100% of the volume of electricity consumed during the contract implementation period based on the so-called stock exchange model, i.e. based on stock exchange quotations on the Futures Contracts Market, published on the website of the Polish Power Exchange (TGE), i.e.: annual band contract (BASE_Y) (specific to a given sales period) and day-ahead market (Day-Ahead Market) quotations, published on the TGE website. If the Ordering Party fails to take a decision on energy procurement within the time limit specified in the concluded contract within the framework indicated in para. 5 above BASE_Y and BASE_Q contracts covering 100% of the volume of electricity consumed in a given monthly sales period, the remaining part, for which no price will be determined, will be settled on the basis of the price determined on the basis of quotations of the Day-Ahead Market (DAM) of the Polish Power Exchange for each month of sale, in accordance with the formula specified in the contract. The Ordering Party is a party to the contract for the provision of electricity distribution services with the DSO, which is PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Branch Białystok (ul. Electric 13, 15-950 Białystok). The Contractor is obliged to notify the DSO to perform the contract for the sale of electricity concluded as a result of these proceedings, as well as to represent the Ordering Party before the DSO in matters related to the concluded contract (in particular in connection with the procedure for changing the electricity seller, if necessary). The Ordering Party shall grant the Contractor an appropriate power of attorney to notify, on behalf of the Ordering Party, the concluded contract for the sale of electricity to the DSO and to perform the activities necessary to carry out the process of changing the seller at the DSO according to the template commonly used by the Contractor. Measuring and billing systems owned by the Ordering Party are adapted to the change of electricity seller in accordance with the TPA principle. The Contracting Authority shall grant the Contractor, or directly to persons acting on the Contractor’s side, the appropriate power of attorney to perform all the activities necessary for the proper performance of the sales contract concluded as a result of this procurement procedure. The forecasted (declared) sale (delivery) of electricity during the contract implementation period, i.e. from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027, amounts to approx. 2362,000 MWh.
