… within: For Task 1 – from 01/01/27 to 31/12/2028. For Task 2 – 3 months from the signature of the Agreement. The guardhouses will be delivered and placed in the location indicated in accordance with Annex 14 to the ToR. For the delivered watchtowers, the Contractor will provide a quality guarantee for a period of 24 months from the moment of delivery. For Task 1 and Task 2 - Before submitting a tender, the Contractor is obliged to carry out an on-site inspection on the ground. In order to arrange an on-site visit, the Contractor should apply to the Contracting Authority via the Purchasing Platform – tab CONSPONDENCE. After the on-site visit, the parties will draw up a report, a model of which is attached as Annex 2 to the ToR. The Contractor will attach the signed minutes to the tender. Failure to make a vision will result in rejection of the offer. · Maintenance and servicing of technical security measures, updating and agreeing security plans and providing services for the protection of assets of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. · Purchase and delivery and setting up of 2 watchtowers in the form of utility containers, intended for year-round use by employees of the Railway Protection Guard, with the parameters described in the OPZ with the parameters described in the OPZ. The guardhouses will be delivered and placed in the location indicated in accordance with Annex 14 to the ToR. For the delivered watchtowers, the Contractor will provide a quality guarantee for a period of 24 months from the moment of delivery.
