… annexes (hereinafter: ppu) constituting Annex 6.1 to the tender specifications (for lots 1-2 of the contract and 4-8 of the contract) or Annex 6.2 to the tender specifications (for lot 3 of the contract). The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery for the needs of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture of computers with software in the number of 309 units. Computers and software supplied with it must be brand new and must come from the manufacturer's official sales channel to the Polish market. Computers must be identical, i.e. identical manufacturer, make/model/version and completion. The minimum technical requirements are set out in Chapter I.2 of the ToR. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery for the needs of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture of computers with software in the number of 248 units. Computers and software supplied with it must be brand new and must come from the manufacturer's official sales channel to the Polish market. Computers must be identical, i.e. identical manufacturer, make/model/version and completion. The minimum technical requirements are set out in Chapter I.2 of the ToR. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery for the needs of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture computers with software in the number of up to 3.910 pcs. (of which: 2,640 in the basic order (Phase I) and up to 1,270 in the optional order (Phase II). The implementation of Stage II is not the obligation of the Ordering Party and takes place only if the Ordering Party decides to exercise its right of option, which will be expressed by submitting a Delivery Order to the Contractor, the model of which is Annex No. 4A to Annex No. 6.2. to the ToR, subject to the provisions of point 3. 3. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use the optional order or order less Equipment than indicated in point 1. The decision on the actual exercise of the right of option or reduction of its scope rests with the Ordering Party, and the Contractor is not entitled to any claim in this respect. 4.
