The precise definition of the need can be found in the CCTP This is a framework agreement within the meaning of Articles R. 2162-2 et seq. of the Code of Public Procurement concluded with an economic operator. The framework agreement sets out all the contractual stipulations, it will be executed as and when order forms are issued under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
