The city of Adenau is planning to build a new parking garage on Wimbachstraße in 53518 Adenau. The existing parking pallet, which was built from 1982, is to be demolished and replaced by a new building with an estimated 194 parking spaces. The preferred variant 1B (split-level construction, system construction in steel) is followed up. The plot is situated on a hillside; the structure shall be secured against the slope. … development. Design planning, definition of materiality and life cycle assessment shall be carried out; A structural examination by the SGD is to be expected. Compliance with the eligibility conditions must be ensured. The planning services will be put out to tender in three lots, each with a separate notice: Lot 1 - Building design according to § 34 HOAI in service phases 1-9, including - in each case to a minor extent - the planning of outdoor facilities according to § 39 HOAI and the planning of connection to public transport facilities according to §§ 45 et seq. HOAI; Lot 2 - Technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI in service phases 1-9 (Electrical focus: photovoltaics, charging/e-mobility infrastructure, lifts; HLS subordinate); Lot 3 - Structural design according to § 51 HOAI in service phases 1-6. Estimated total construction costs (net, rough estimate of the feasibility study): KG 200 - approximately EUR 500,000, KG 300/400 - approximately EUR 3.528,000, KG 500 - approximately EUR 250,000. This notice concerns Lot 3. · The subject of this call for tenders is Lot 3 - Structural design in service phases 1-6 according to § 51 HOAI (Annex 14). The focus is on the pre-dimensioning of the structure; the final execution schedule is expected to be provided by the contractor. In particular, account must be taken of the slope location and the necessary support walls/suspensions (possible re-use of the existing rear wall) as well as the steel and reinforced concrete skeleton construction of the car park intended as a system construction in steel. The structural design must be closely coordinated with the building design (lot 1) and the technical equipment (lot 2). The foundation and any necessary earthworks/engineering are treated as separate construction services and must be taken into account and coordinated in the planning. A step-by-step assignment is planned: Initially, the service phases 1-4 (up to approval planning) will be contracted (level 1); then optionally the performance phases 5-6 (level 2). There is no legal claim to a further assignment. Time of performance: The planning services shall be aligned with the schedule of the building; the contributions required for design planning and technical examination shall be provided by the end of May 2027. The procurement procedure is expected to be completed in 2026. The contracting authority is guided by the HOAI 2021; More details are laid down in the contract.
