What the buyer is looking for
The city of Adenau is planning to build a new parking garage on Wimbachstraße in 53518 Adenau. The existing parking pallet, which was built from 1982, is to be demolished and replaced by a new building with an estimated 194 parking spaces. … development. Design planning, definition of materiality and life cycle assessment shall be carried out; A structural examination by the SGD is to be expected. Compliance with the eligibility conditions must be ensured. The planning services will be put out to tender in three lots, each with a separate notice: Lot 1 - Building design according to § 34 HOAI in service phases 1-9, including - in each case to a minor extent - the planning of outdoor facilities according to § 39 HOAI and the planning of connection to public transport facilities according to §§ 45 et seq. HOAI; Lot 2 - Technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI in service phases 1-9 (Electrical focus: photovoltaics, charging/e-mobility infrastructure, lifts; HLS subordinate); Lot 3 - Structural design according to § 51 HOAI in service phases 1-6. Estimated total construction costs (net, rough estimate of the feasibility study): KG 200 - approximately EUR 500,000, KG 300/400 - approximately EUR 3.528,000, KG 500 - approximately EUR 250,000. · The subject of this call for tenders is Lot 1 - Building design in service phases 1-9 according to § 34 HOAI (Annex 10). In addition, the contractor must - to a subordinate extent in each case - plan the open-air planning of the outdoor facilities in accordance with § 39 HOAI (Annex 11) in the performance phases 1-9 as well as the connection of the structure to the public transport facilities (Wimbachstraße), including the access roads UG/OG and the outdoor ramp (§§ 45 et seq. HOAI, Annex 13). The outdoor facilities include in particular the development as well as the roads and paths in the vicinity of the building (cost group 500 of the cost estimate, around EUR 250,000 net). In particular, the slope location and slope protection (possible re-use of the existing back wall), the border and distance area situation (§ 8 LBauO RLP cannot be maintained everywhere), the delivery and neighbouring situation (including Görgen/Anlieferung, Fabry) as well as the planning integration of photovoltaics, optional green roof and electromobility infrastructure in coordination with the other lots must be taken into account. The scope of the service phases 5 et seq. is subject to the implementation model chosen by the client (professional award according to VOB/A or award to a general contractor who takes over the execution planning). There is no legal claim to a further assignment. Time of performance: The design planning, materiality definition and life cycle assessment shall be completed by the end of May 2027; the technical examination must be carried out before the application is submitted; the application for funding must be submitted by 30 September 2027. The procurement procedure is expected to be completed in 2026. The contracting authority is guided by the HOAI 2021; More details are laid down in the contract.
