… Analysis of security and IT files and freedoms of publishers applying for a referencing process o Provide a reversibility file allowing a new Holder to continue work on a complex subject. Lot 1 is awarded to one operator. An operator holding Lot 1 may also be awarded Lots 2 and 4, but may not be awarded Lot 3. The contract is awarded in the form of a negotiation procedure within the meaning of Articles L2124-1, L2124-3, R2124-3, R2142-17 and R2161-12 to R2161-20 of the Public Procurement Code. · This involves the provision of services which may concern: o Risk analyses according to the methodology (EBIOS or recommended by the SESAM-Vitale EIG) adapted to the context of the SESAM-Vitale EIG, the support of project or pre-project teams to identify, monitor and treat residual risks. These risk analyses may be carried out on applications in the pre-project phase or in the implementation phase and also on applications in production. o Conduct or update Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs). o Implement or update personal data management policies. o Provide a reversibility file allowing a new Holder to continue work on a complex subject. Lot 2 is awarded to one operator. An operator holding Lot 1 2 may also be awarded Lots 2 1 and 4, but may not be awarded Lot 3. The contract is awarded in the form of a negotiation procedure within the meaning of Articles L2124-1, L2124-3, R2124-3, R2142-17 and R2161-12 to R2161-20 of the Public Procurement Code. · It is a question of carrying out security services aimed at the preparation and carrying out of security audits. The services expected from the audits may relate to: o Physical site security audits (environmental audit), o Audits of compliance with a repository, o Organizational audits o System or application configuration audits, o Audits of operating practices, o Source code audits, o Audits of industrial security offers (participation in the evaluation in the context of public procurement) o Development of the corresponding repositories for these types of audits o Network and application intrusion tests on Internet applications, servers connected to the Internet or to private TCP-IP networks, TCP-IP flow infrastructures (router, proxy, reverse proxy, firewall, portal) o Corrective verification tests. o Follow-up of the action plans associated with the various audits o Analysis of calls for tenders o Embedd source code audits o Audits on embedded devices o Provide a reversibility file allowing a new Holder to continue work on a complex subject.
