Supply of liquid fuels – diesel/petrol to PGK "Żyrardów" Sp. z o. o. in 2027.

… refuelling to a tank located at the wastewater treatment plant at ul. Pure 5, 96-300 Żyrardów. The quantities of fuels indicated are estimated (maximum). The Ordering Party is not obliged to purchase fuels in full quantity, and the Contractor is not entitled to any claims for failure to complete the order in full (§ 1 sec. 3 and § 3 sec. 2 model contracts). 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in the Description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ), constituting Annex 6 to the ToR. Detailed conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the following model contracts: for Part 1 – Annex 7a to the ToR, for Part 2 – Annex 7b to the ToR. 3. The Contractor guarantees that the supplied fuels will meet the quality requirements specified in the applicable regulations, in particular in the Polish Standards PN-EN 228 (unleaded petrol) and PN-EN 590 (diesel oil) and in the regulations on quality requirements for liquid fuels. In Part 2, the Contractor shall attach to each invoice a certificate of the quality of the fuel delivered (§ 3 para. 9 of the model contract for Lot 2). 4. In Part 1, the Contractor shall in particular: issue fleet cards to the Ordering Party free of charge (approx. 50 cards assigned to the vehicle registration number or machine/device inventory number and approx. 20 bearer cards), secured by a PIN code, with daily limits specified in the OPZ; issue new cards free of charge within 10 days of notification; provide access to a web portal enabling self-blocking of cards and download of reports in an editable version (Excel); providing, together with the summary invoice, the detailed transaction report referred to in point 5 of the CIP; at least one 24-hour service station offering unleaded petrol Pb95 and diesel ON, enabling the purchase of fuel in a non-cash system, located within the administrative boundaries of the city of Żyrardów and meeting the requirements of the regulations on technical conditions to be met by bases and stations of liquid fuels, for the entire duration of the contract. 5. In Part 2, the Contractor shall in particular: deliveries are to be made no later than 48 hours after the contracting authority has notified the demand (up to two deliveries per month, up to 1 000 litres in total, are to be made to the landfill site; on the site of the sewage treatment plant – up to 5 000 litres at a time, 3 to 4 deliveries per month are expected); delivery of tankers meeting the requirements of the regulations on the transport of fuels and environmental protection, equipped with a tank with valid verification features and a set of undamaged seals affixed by an authorized body or with a legalized measuring device; the presentation by the driver, on each delivery, of documents proving the regularisation of the tanker; acknowledging each delivery by a receipt protocol (or other similar document).
