The subject matter of the contract covers the supply of 8 pieces of brand new, unused and complete equipment intended for local commissioning, prototyping, testing, fine-tuning and inference of artificial intelligence models, in particular large language models (LLMs), without the need to use external computing resources in the basic field of work. 3. Equipment must come from a legal distribution channel, be released for free circulation in the territory of the European Union and bear the markings and documents required by the regulations applicable to the type of equipment. 4. The warranty period will be counted from the date of signing the acceptance protocol without reservations. 5. The Contractor shall deliver the equipment within 21 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract to the building of the Marshal's Office of the Lubelskie Voivodeship in Lublin, ul. Artur Grottgera, 20-029 Lublin on his own, at his own expense and risk on working days, i.e. from Monday to Friday during the Ordering Party's office hours, i.e. from 7:30 to 15:30 6. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, the terms of the guarantee and the manner of performance of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the ToR – Description of the subject-matter of the contract and in Annex 3 to the ToR – Relevant provisions of the contract.
