… conditioning Installations of heating pipes, air conditioning and sanitary hot water of galleries, both registrable and visitable. Explain the suitability of the object and its content to satisfy them. The hiring of a specialized service of maintenance of thermal installations is the most appropriate means to satisfy the described needs, allowing to guarantee continuously the correct operation, conservation and availability of the installations of air conditioning, ventilation, heating, domestic hot water and solar thermal energy existing in the campuses of the UPV. Likewise, this contract allows to ensure compliance with the legal and regulatory obligations applicable to these facilities, as well as to have the necessary human, technical and organizational means to carry out the preventive, corrective, technical-legal and operation support actions that they require for their proper operation and maintenance.
